Basic Rules for Peons:

You must have your orc name approved by either an Elder or the clan Chieftain before you are allowed on the stone. It is recommended that you hop in our Discord channel and get approval or on the website forum before working on your orc skills.

Make sure you wear normal colored npc Orc boots for you have not earned Grunt yet.

Do not make a mage as your orc character.  The Shamans appoint Mojokas and is a special privilege appointed to players that are active and dedicated to the clan.

Peon trainers are not there to be your training dummies. They are there to guide you through the steps and answer any questions you may have. They handle all things related to peons.

Do not disobey orders you are given.  Either do what you are told or you will be killed.

Do not remove yourself from the guildstone because you will not be allowed back on. If you choose you want back into the guild you will have to get approval from the Elders and you will have to remake a new orc with a new name.

Do not speak human. We role-play on our orcs at all times! This includes saying " powerhour" in game or any discussion about out of character things. You will be killed if seen speaking human.

Do not run away from an URK member killing you for punishment and do not fight back. Just die, get resurrected and gather your things. Peons are weak and stupid, you will be killed a lot either in punishment or in sport.

Do not heal URK while they are fighting. URK are the members on the main stone. This is considered to be blue healing.

Do not have a rune book or spell book or even magic skill, you will not be allowed on the main stone with magic as a skill. Orcs are afraid of magic.

Do not ask mojokas for gates or get humans to gate you. Orcs walk.

Do not attack humans, gray or red unless ordered to or in defense of your life.

Ask before you hit a fellow guild member for training.

If you go red while the rank of peon, you will be removed from the Clan permanently. You don't belong in this Clan.

If there is a fight going on between URK and a warring guild, you can watch but stay far out of the way.

If you wish to train away from the fort while on the peon stone you MUST remain in character. i.e. talking in orc and NOT training with humans *Non-player characters not included*

NEVER attack an orc mojoka, even in self-defense. Orcs are afraid of magic and therefore are very afraid of orc mages.

NEVER attack an Elder, even in self-defense. Elders are permanent titles. They have put in many hours of hard work putting this clan together and therefore are due the utmost respect above everything else.

NEVER use any armor that is not permitted such as plate mail, chain mail, or any human clothing.

FAQ

I'm at the fort training and there is a blue human at the fort. He's provoking me and keeps flagging gray. Can I attack him?

Peons are not allowed to attack humans, red or gray. If a human attacks you first you are allowed defensive measures. Fight back but do not chase. Don't run after him and hunt him down. Just fight him off. If he keeps coming back then hide or log out if you can. Yeah it's a bummer, peons are weak.

I need to go to the bank will you gate me?

It's a very short distance to Minoc and the Minoc moongate. Orcs do not ask for gates they walk. The only circumstance in which a gate can be requested is if you are accidentally left behind during an event.

Am I allowed to heal you?

You are allowed to heal members of your own guild or the URK member you are sparing with. You are NOT allowed to heal orcs on the main URK stone during a battle. This is known as blue healing and is strictly forbidden. If the warring players have left the fort you are then allowed to bandage URK players.

Am I allowed to resurrect you?

Yes you are and it is encouraged you do so. As long as you do not get in the way of other URK members trying to fight.

Can I use scrolls?

NO. You cannot use reagents, scrolls, runes, rune books, spell books or magic items that produce magic effects such as teleporting. The use of potions, known as wawas, is allowed.

If I heal you will I go gray?

When you attempt to heal an orange player you will get a gump telling you that this may result in a criminal act, proceed anyway? You will not go gray. You will however go gray healing a gray player

Can I be  friended to a house?

Peons MAY be friended to the small tower, peon hut, when room is available. No one is friended to the sandstone, chieftain hut, until they reach the rank of warrior.

An URK member keeps killing me over and over and I really feel he is harassing me. What should I do?

If you think you are being harassed by another orc, private message a peon trainer, the cheiftain, or any one of the elders. It will be looked into with seriousness and dealt with in the manner seen fit.

When will I be put on the main stone?

The life of a peon varies but the average time on the peon stone is around one month. To get on the main stone requires a test with the current Chieftain. Other determining factors are how active you are and how well you stay in orcish character.
